Sky Residences reimagines urban living as a calm, elevated experience shaped by light, air, and nature. The building’s soft white curves flow effortlessly upward, forming generous balconies that ripple across the façade like layered terraces. Wrapped in cascading greenery, these outdoor spaces blur the boundary between inside and out, allowing daily life to unfold within a living landscape.
Designed in collaboration by ATLAS MA srl and ZNS, the architecture balances elegance with environmental sensitivity. Slatted screens filter sunlight and breezes, casting gentle shadows while offering privacy and comfort. Integrated planters and vertical gardens soften the structure, transforming the building into a breathable, biophilic habitat. Sky Residences stands as a refined response to contemporary suburban life—where sustainable design, natural beauty, and modern comfort come together to create homes that feel both serene and connected to the city around them.
